Pauline Lukey (Director and Founder) has extensive experience as an early development leader within the pharmaceutical industry (20 years); leading all aspects of projects from target identification, through candidate selection and first dose in humans up to clinical proof of concept. Her therapeutic expertise is in tuberculosis (8 years), rheumatoid arthritis (6 years) and fibrosis (6 years). She has led both small molecule and biopharm projects through discovery and early clinical development. She has an MSc in microbiology and genetics and a PhD in immunology. She is also a honorary senior lecturer in immunology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

She recently, retired from GSK and is working as a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry, biotech and academia.
