Roger Smith joined the Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst team in February 2012. Roger started his working life as a farmer but soon progressed into farm management, ultimately being responsible for 2,000 individuals and 4,000 hectares of agriculture. This acute understanding, and incredible facility for organisation, gives our Catalyst a head start in the Pharma community.
Roger is an essential part of day-to-day operations, and the buildings would not function without him. Roger has strong relationships with all our Occupiers and will assist in all building matters Occupiers are not responsible for.
