Laura joined Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst in November 2022, working closely with the CEO, senior leadership and Board to support strategic priorities and the smooth running of the organisation. Her role focuses on people and culture, including staff onboarding, HR processes and the delivery of internal initiatives that support engagement and retention, alongside managing key stakeholder relationships.

Prior to SBC, Laura worked in marketing at Mergermarket Group, now part of Acuris, contributing to campaigns across M&A intelligence and financial news for a global audience.
