This workshop will provide a review of the different elements to consider when negotiating collaboration agreements, combining legal insights and practical examples from a pharma perspective.

Collaboration agreements are fundamental to research in life science and companies progress but their negotiation can sometimes be complex and time consuming. Key aspects like IP ownership, options to licence, liability and termination should be considered carefully to ensure that the agreement allows the parties to focus on delivering good science.

This session will gather law technical insights together with pharma expertise to provide you with a powerful toolbox leading to successful collaborations.
