The BIA is delighted to launch the UK Bioscience Forum, which returns to being held in person in London this October. Book your tickets now.
The last 18 months have seen significant changes in the life sciences sector. While the COVID crisis has led to global challenges and immense suffering, it has also borne technological and scientific acceleration and development, a new global and national focus on drug discovery and healthcare as a priority, and new opportunities for companies in the life sciences sector – as outlined in the government’s Life Sciences Vision.
At the Bioscience Forum, we will discuss some of the most impactful changes that have occurred and consider how we can capture the speed of progress and the national focus on the sector, whether that be changes to financial support and incentives, using data technologies to further support scientific progress, political initiatives to boost UK capability, or exciting companies being launched in new areas.
You will hear from some of the industry's most inspiring figures and gain useful insights to help take your organisation forwards in a new era of biotechnology.
In addition to the keynote sessions, there will be a number of workshops and networking opportunities - both in person and online – as we look to maximise the enjoyment of a live event with some of the good bits that our online platform has to offer.
