At this event, One Nucleus asks, "If you knew now what you will know in 2030, would you design the same R&D space and choose the same location?"

Sue Foxley, Research Director at Bidwells, will present on the current and future real estate requirements in the Life Science sector given emerging scientific and technological advances. This will be considered in the context of the current market provision and challenges for companies seeking business space to operate and grow.

Sue's short presentation will be followed by a panel discussing what factors will play a role in shaping the 2030 vision of Life Science ecosystems, including the role that real estate developers will play in determining the space that companies might choose.
