Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst (SBC) is looking for a Facilities Officer to support the smooth operation of our scientific research campus in Stevenage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with facilities management, including cleaning contract, security, waste, and maintenance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance through inspections and risk assessments.
• Act as a point of contact for Occupiers’ facilities-related queries.
• Support campus events, logistics, and sustainability initiatives.

About You:

• Experience in facilities or operational support.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

What We Offer:

• Salary: £30,000 p.a. + bonus up to 10%
• Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week
• Location: Stevenage Campus
